Councilwoman Viviana Russell visits Westbury High School during their Academic Achievement Award Ceremony and stopped in at their Art Exhibit. Pictured is Westbury HS Senior Krista Davy, one of the artist of the award winning Trashion Art wedding gown which won 1st place in the North Hempstead Trashion Art Contest. Krista received Awards in AP Language and Composition 11, and PRE AP Art. Also, pictured Westbury HS Senior Jael Ferguson beside her AP artwork along with her mother Anita Johnson. Jael received awards in AP Math and AP Art. I am so proud of the academic achievements of our students.
