Councilwoman Viviana Russell and members of the North Hempstead Town Board recognized prominent Hispanic community leaders
at the Town of North Hempstead Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration held at town hall on September 27, 2016.
Councilwoman Russell had the honor of presenting a proclamation to the honoree from Westbury, Yanira Chacon-Lopez.
