Just one community beautification project can make the world seem a little brighter. Councilwoman Russell, Nassau county Legislator Seila Byno , and community members volunteered their time to help clean up the Westbury Hills neighborhood . Earth Day is a great way for members of the community to show commitment to their community’s environment. Helping to clean up litter and debris, and providing community education about the importance of protecting local water resources!All year around the community picks locations in the area to clean up and beautify, but earth day is just as special day where we can join other communities all across the world to help improve the overall condition of the world that we all love.
