The Town of North Hempstead Councilwoman Viviana Russell and Nassau County Legislator Siela Bynoe partnered with Fidelis Care and the African American Chamber of Commerce to present the community with a Health & Wellness Fair. The event showcased face painting, giveaways, and music provided by Hot97 Radio station.
