The Town of North Hempstead in Partnership with the Westbury Union Free School District & AKA hosted Haitian Flag Day! With food, activities, vendors and performances by DjaRara, Etcetera, and Empresyon each guest enjoyed an authentic experience. Face painting was another addition, which Councilwoman Russell had the pleasure of helping out for! Special thanks and recognition to every individual who played a part in the creation and execution of this wonderful event.
