Councilwoman Russell had the honor of attending The Westbury Teachers Association Retirement Dinner. Retirees Brumsic Brandon, Dennis Cleasby, Lisa Fernandez, and Larry Phyall have each have dedicated over 15 years of service to the Westbury Union Free School District. We deeply thank them for their support of our youth and contributions to the community.
